Palle Møldrup: 71 year. Master in Sociology and Organization from CBS University; Copenhagen 1974. The last 40 years worked with regional development and education activities in Denmark within private organizations and Regional/National institutions and Universities. Based on some years work with development projects in Africa (Eat Africa and West Africa) I have been engaged in big questions how to support the democratic, social and economic situation local, regional and global in order to create better living conditions and a better life for people.

25+ years of experience from executive management and development of small and medium sized organisations in national as well as international/multicultural contexts, including program development in highly dynamic contexts, fundraising and development of succesful cooperation with diverse partners with contradictory world views and interests.

4 years of experience from succesful executive management of the Danish Egyptian Dialogue Institute in Cairo from 2011 through 2014 in the challenging Egyptian transition process. Cooperation with very diverse governmental and non-governmental partners and stakeholders from the Egyptian and Danish/European sides with strongly conflicting interests.

Guido-Henri De Couvreur, drs. He is a philosopher-engineer and has been committed to European and global justice for decades. He is the designer of the first sun-driven  – an existing  – house in Belgium and far away. It became a positive building with regard to energy and water. Several thousand interested people from all over the world have come to see this project, Solar 2002. Philosophy is transformed by him into daily ingenious practice ... He was vice-president of the "Club of Rome EU" for 9 years and was therefore also concerned with pertinent European and worldwide ecological issues. His new book will be published soon: Living with the Sun. Philosophy and practical ethics regarding living and mobility. (430 pages).

Profile of Dr. Chandra Bandara

Dr. Chandra Bandara started his social development career in late 1960s becoming a student activist in his school. Studying on a scholarship granted by the government for cleverest students he achieved best results and secured a place in the public service as a casual clerk in 1971. Afterwards he became a trade union and political activist towards late 1970s.

Though he entered the university in n1970 he could not continue his studies due to economic hardships and political unrest. But he was able to pass his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1996 at the Open University of Sri Lanka. In view of his extraordinary achievements Global University of Lifelong Learning ( GULL – USA ) conferred a Doctor of Professional Studies Degree on him on 12 . 01. 2010 and the same university granted a Doctor of Management Degree on 18. 08. 2010. The Victoria Global University ( VGU – TCI ) working through National Institute for Education and Research ( NIER – India ) awarded an Honorary Doctorate to him on 28. 11. 2017 in view of his outstanding services in action learning and distance education. He has held responsible positions from grass root level to the global level.

Dr. Muborak Sharipova, a PhD Sociologist is a Consultant and Analyst on Central Asia and Russia, an Expert on Social Impact Analysis. She is an experienced Project Manager, certified from the Copenhagen Business School and has extended leadership experience managing many multicultural teams within IOs and NGOs. She is a co-founder of NGO Open Asia and many years lead this NGO.  Besides she is a member of Danish Society for Central Asia (Board Member, Editor), Association for World Education, Women in Europe for a Common Future. Her research mainly focused on Central Asia, on issues such as human rights, gender, violence, peace building, conflict resolution, minorities and immigrants. Dr. Sharipova participated in producing number of reports, books and documentary films, has been invited as a speaker to many international meetings. As a facilitator, a trainer and a member of Planning Committee she participates regularly in the Annual UNESCO Intergenerational Forums on Human Rights (Storrs, Connecticut).
